Harassment can happen anytime there is an unbalanced distribution of power, or one person is more powerful than another. Right now I feel badgered and harassed by the creator of Lumberjack.

Harassment is when there is a repeated course of conduct that serves no legitimate purpose and places you in reasonable fear of retribution.

I was summarily accused like a number of people.

AFTER expressing my sympathy and encouragement to the creator. Giving what I felt was logical advice, offering support for this product on a group list created specifically to offer support and discussion after the vendor closed his list and began booting people off of the official list-siting spamming, hacking, and violations of his TOS.

Now as far as I could see, there were no discussions, the”official” list was closed to all chat, there was no spamming, due to the list owner having the only access- offering NO support, no recourse for assistance and no real explanations beyond paranoid rantings.

The explanations offered seem to be unfounded.
